Terms of service

Under absolutely no circumstances are my artworks, physical or digital, allowed to be minted as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or other similar cryptocurrencies.

Under absolutely so circumstances is my art to be used to train AI engines or generators, Be altered in any way shape or form by AI engines or generators, or be “finished” by an AI engine or generator. Misuse of my art and violation of these terms will be strictly persecuted.

Any art I create (commissioned or otherwise) cannot be used for advertising, or put on merchandise m, or used for any other profit unless previously discussed and negotiated prior to purchase.

I do not permit editing of my art without my written individual permission. This includes recoloring, tracing, or remixing of any kind. If an edit is made, I must be credited as the original artist.

I must be credited for my art when it is posted on any form of social media. Cropping, erasing, or removal or my signature or watermark is not allowed under any circumstances.

Refund Policy: 

Commissions- Refunds are only allowed if the piece fails to be completed by the agreed upon deadline, the files are lost/corrupted or physical piece is damaged.

Resin: Refunds are permitted for 30 days after receiving the item. The item must be returned to me before the refund can be processed. If the piece arrived damaged or faulty, it will not be necessary to send it back, although photo evidence will be required. Anything proven to be lost in the mail will be refunded with proper evidence.
